Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If you decide to return an item(s), you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Caroline Francis. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

To be eligible for a return to Caroline Francis, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Upon acceptance of the merchandise for return, we will process your refund within 7 business days, at which time you will be notified by email. Upon acceptance of merchandise for exchange, the new item will be shipped upon availability.

We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted. Items that appear used or damaged upon inspection are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
